Physical Therapy Intensive
Physical Therapy intensives are a planned group of frequent and intense sessions (often daily) that are targeted at addressing specific therapeutic goals. They involve various modalities and techniques to progress towards an individual's goal. Benefits can include faster progression toward a goal, improved mobility, increased strength, balance, and flexibility. It allows for clustered practice of a skill and repetition that strengthens new motor pathways, making performing that movement easier. Intensives are based on each individuals unique needs and goals and designed in collaboration with each family.
We are not currently offering intensives outside of Saskatoon.
